About Me

I'm Teresa Estilow, an inclusive postpartum doula and Dare to Birth childbirth educator supporting the Phoenix and East Valley areas. As a parent who experienced my own challenges with my postpartum journeys, I was inspired to provide access to compassionate and empathetic support to new and again parent's in their 4th-trimester journeys.

Postpartum Visits

Daytime *packages commonly include 20, 40, or 80 hours of support for a minimum of 4-hour visits at a time.
